Work Place Ergonomic Assessment and Training

Martin Canavan, owner of Achieve Physical Therapy has been providing local industries and service centers methods for successfully reducing work place injuries for more than 10 years. An on-site assessment of work stations, job tasks and physical demands is a critical first step in avoiding work related injuries.

Post-offer Pre-employment Testing

Let Achieve help clearly outline and define your employees physical demand requirements. By accurately stating and testing the tasks of your most physically demanding job profiles your company can begin to safely assess your best candidates for your work force. A post offer pre-employment test done in our office (or at your work site) will provide you with an objective measure of how well- suited a job candidate is for carrying out the physical demands of a position being offered.
